I will assist you in developing self-awareness by exploring assumptions, and helping you to better understand your past and how it impacts your present life.
Self-awareness and insight will enable you to make different choices and help you live a more meaningful and satisfying life. A holistic approach means including not only the emotional and relational aspects of your life, but also spirituality, cultural heritage, and physical health.
